Using the Watch App - Activity Tracking
(Select your language using the flags below if required)
Move
Move is part of the new HeartWatch Activity tracking, that uses your trends to establish automatic moving goals based on your lifestyle needs
On the menu, Move shows your energy expenditure for the day, shown as calories or kilojoules, whichever you elected in Settings
Move displays your current value completed against your daily goal, for example, 695/984 where 695 is the current calories I have expended, while 984 is my goal target for the day
The circle reflects your current progress towards your goal
Tap on the Move menu to view your current Move progress and also a forecast (see below)
Now & Forecast Move
Tap on Move from the menu to open the Move view
The main badge shows your Now as a % complete of your target, for example, 696 cals expended with a target of 984 will show as 71%
Tap the badge to apply the HeartWatch smart models which will forecast your Move to the end of the day. Refer to the Activity section to learn more. In the example below it is forecasting my Move to be 85% achieved by the end of the day (so I should get moving!)
Steps
Steps is part of the new HeartWatch Activity tracking, that uses your trends to establish automatic step goals, because we recognise that days are never the same
On the menu, Steps displays your current amount completed next to your goal, for example, 3085/11365 where 3085 is the current steps I have taken, while 11365 is my goal target for the day
The circle reflects your current progress towards your goal
Tap on the Steps menu to view your current Steps progress and also a forecast (see below)
Now & Forecast Steps

The main badge shows your Now as a % complete of your target, for example, 3085 steps with a goal of 11365 will show as 27%
